Jalapeño poppers meet stuffed mushrooms in this bite-size party snack that brings the heat! Creamy, cheesy, and topped with a golden breadcrumb crunch, these savoury caps are awesome for any party.


Ingredients

Toppings (optional): Better Than Bacon Topper, sliced green onions

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
  2. Brush mushrooms to clean. Remove stems; finely dice stems and place in a medium bowl. 
  3. To bowl, add hot dip mix, cream cheese, and 12 cup shredded cheese. Stir until well combined.
  4. In a small bowl, combine remaining 14 cup shredded cheese and breadcrumbs. 
  5. Arrange mushroom caps on Sheet Pan, cap side up. Fill each cap with prepared cream cheese mixture, packing it in tightly. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over top, pressing lightly to help breadcrumb mixture stick to cheese mixture.  Bake for 15 min, or until bubbling and browned. Serve warm, with toppings, if desired. 
Tips

Swap breadcrumbs with Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix for a delicious, gluten-free option. 

Choose larger mushrooms—they can hold more of the delicious filling for an extra satisfying bite.
