- Preheat oven to 400° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Brush mushrooms to clean. Remove stems; finely dice stems and place in a medium bowl.
- To bowl, add hot dip mix, cream cheese, and 1⁄2 cup shredded cheese. Stir until well combined.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining 1⁄4 cup shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Arrange mushroom caps on Sheet Pan, cap side up. Fill each cap with prepared cream cheese mixture, packing it in tightly. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over top, pressing lightly to help breadcrumb mixture stick to cheese mixture. Bake for 15 min, or until bubbling and browned. Serve warm, with toppings, if desired.
